MONOLASTIC is a one-piece torsionally soft, elastic engine drive coupling. Designed to be used with smaller displacement engines powering light hydrostatic drives, the MONOLASTIC coupling accepts a range of SAE and DIN standard spline shafts, and can be fitted to SAE 6-1/2” to 10” flywheels. MONOLASTIC can also be used with select KTR aluminum engine bell housings. Ideal applications include Mini Excavators, Compact Loaders, Fork Lifts, or other machine using a hydrostatic drive system.

KTR BoWex Bell Housing kits are available in Aluminum and Cast Iron. The kits offer a compact, lightweight coupling solution for hydrostatic drives. Bell housings are available with SAE A, B, and C pilots and fit most of today’s modern industrial engine models such as Kubota , Caterpillar or Perkins.

All Bell Housing kits come standard with the original BoWex FLE engine drive coupling. Select housings also accommodate MONOLASTIC one-piece elastic couplings.

KTR pump mounting plates are available to fit flywheel housing sizes from SAE #1 to SAE #6 and feature 2 and 4 bolt pump mount combinations. Flat plates are manufactured from steel while curved plates are available from cast iron and aluminum materials. Steel pump mounting plates are protected against corrosion with a yellow zinc dichromate coating. Custom designs are also available according to customer requirements.
