ODG’s quality systems are certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards, and our commitment to quality has resulted in a long-term relationship with our Canadian and U.S. customers.

All procedures are set up to manufacture quality parts that meet and exceed the specification of our customers. Using in-process controls, quality is continuously monitored throughout the whole manufacturing process.

All parts are subject to final inspection using the latest in gear-testing equipment, the Klingelnberg P40 CNC Gear Checker. It is capable of measuring helical and spur gears, internal gears, splines, and worm gears up to 400mm (16 inches) in diameter.

The P40 is fully programmable, resulting in extremely short measuring times and give ODG customers an even higher level of quality assurance, with full trace ability and gear tooth chart printouts when necessary.
